About this Course
Law Update 8 Hour Mandatory or 8 Hour Elective
Provide students with an understanding of the laws and duties surrounding their job as a realtor and working with the public. Students will understand how to write a legally
binding contract, the history of and the concepts behind the Fair Housing Act, important sections of the Iowa Code and how to stay out of trouble with the real estate commission.
Camera and Microphone required in order receive class credit.
No driving/riding, exercising/walking or cell phone use during class.
Zoom, Handout and Class survey link included in class reminders.

Registrations taken over the phone will be charged a $5 processing fee per class. Pay at the door/on-site registrations (if available) will result in a $10 fee. Please see our school policies for more information.
Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site are not guaranteed admittance.
