About this Course
It’s the Little Things In A Transaction 3 Hour Renewal Elective.
Keeping It Together-Covering the why and how for inspections, inspection and disclosure issues, your ethical obligations and avoiding liability.
Ambiguous Agreements to Enforceable Contracts-Gain working knowledge of the requirements of a valid and enforceable contract, to recognize faulty contract language and issues as well as how to avoid them.
Unauthorized Practice of Law – recognize issues involving the unauthorized practice of law and how to avoid them.
Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with camera on as if you were attending in person.

Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site are not guaranteed admittance.
