It’s important to understand why people are hesitant to list with a real estate agent. Communicating and showing them the value you bring to the table can truly establish a mutually beneficial relationship where the seller’s goals can be realized. Finding the right fit can be challenging, as not everyone works well together, and learning when to walk away can be important and valuable to both parties.

I am a wife and mother of four children. Along with my family, I own and operate a couple businesses.
My real estate experience runs deep. My dad was an independent broker for 30 years and my older sister is also a broker, so I grew up watching and learning real estate from the front seat. I have been licensed with national companies for 23 years and recently acquired my own broker’s license.
I have a degree in Public Relations and played college basketball.
My parents taught me to know my stuff, protect myself and “give ‘er hell” with honesty being priority #1. Always.
I am passionate about teaching. There is always something to be learned and I love every minute with agents – old and new. I give my students everything I’ve got. It is truly an honor to be in the classroom.
