In 2024, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and IAR are working to make Exclusive Buyer Agreements a standard in Iowa to best equip members for the changing real estate landscape due to the proposed NAR Settlement. The Iowa Association of REALTORS® now offers an Exclusive Buyer Agreement (EBA) for use by members, local boards/associations, and brokerages. This course will review the form and empower you to present the form to your buyer clients easily and effortlessly.
