About this Course
Ethics 4 Hour Mandatory or 4 Hour Renewal Elective.
Understand the difference between the law and ethics. Exploring scenarios to identify appropriate responses to customers, the public and fellow real estate agents. It’s important to understand the importance of accountability and to be educated about all things related to real estate. Buyers and Sellers rely on your knowledge and you are required to be the expert, act in an ethical manner at all times and be an ethical example to others in the industry.
Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with camera on as if you were attending in person.

Registrations taken over the phone will be charged a $5 processing fee per class. Pay at the door/on-site registrations (if available) will result in a $10 fee. Please see our school policies for more information.
Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site are not guaranteed admittance.
