Ethics 4 Hour Mandatory or 4 Hour Renewal Elective
This course is designed to teach attendees how to maintain Realtor ethics in each real estate transaction, how to navigate through various ethical dilemmas with clients and other realtors, how to properly complete daily, monthly, and annual business requirements for realtors, and the penalties that may occur if the Code of Ethics is violated.

Zoom Registration – Books will be shipped UPS the week before class begins. You will receive the Zoom link in the class reminders.
You will need to have extra highlighters. Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with camera on as if you were attending in person.

Amy was born and raised in the Des Moines area and has resided here much of her life. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Iowa State University and her JD from the University of Iowa College of Law. In 2014 Amy obtained her real estate license and has been striving to serve her clients and other realtors ever since. Amy has a passion for teaching and coaching and enjoys helping others succeed.
