Real Estate Finance. September 9th 9-4
Real Estate Office Organization, Admin. & HR. September 10th & 11th 9-4 both days
Iowa Real Estate Trust Accounts. September 12th 9-4
Federal & State Laws Affecting Real Estate. September 17th 9-4
Real Estate Law & Agency Law. September 18th 9-4
Contract Law & Contract Writing. September 19th 9-4
Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with camera on as if you were attending in person.

You will need to print your handouts before you come to class. No handouts will be printed at the IAR Building. Laptops welcome!

Registrations taken over the phone will be charged a $5 processing fee per class. Pay at the door/on-site registrations (if available) will result in a $10 fee. Please see our school policies for more information.
Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site are not guaranteed admittance.
