Contract Law & Contract Writing April 23rd 9-4
Federal and State Laws Affecting Iowa Practice April 24th 9-4
Real Estate Law & Agency Law April 25th 9-4
Iowa Real Estate Trust Accounts April 26th 9-4
Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with camera on as if you were attending in person.In Person Registration – Iowa Association of REALTORS 5950 Village View Drive, Suite 100 West Des Moines, IA 50266.
You will need to print your handouts before you come to class. No handouts will be printed at the IAR Building. Laptops welcome!

Registrations taken over the phone will be charged a $5 processing fee per class. Pay at the door/on-site registrations (if available) will result in a $10 fee. Please see our school policies for more information.
Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site are not guaranteed admittance.
