About this Course
Course Goals:
Understand and demonstrate your value to today’s buyer.
Acquire the skills and resources to succeed as a buyers agent in a dynamic real estate market.
Help buyers find the right property at the right terms and price in both buyers and sellers markets.
The path towards becoming an ABR® begins by taking the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation Course. After you complete this course, you will automatically become a member of REBAC for one year free! You will then be able to access many of our member benefits and work towards completing your remaining ABR® designation requirements. Do you have those requirements?
Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with camera on as if you were attending in person.In Person Registration – Iowa Association of REALTORS 5950 Village View Drive, Suite 100 West Des Moines, IA 50266.
You will need to print your handouts before you come to class. No handouts will be printed at the IAR Building. Laptops welcome!

Registrations taken over the phone will be charged a $5 processing fee per class. Pay at the door/on-site registrations (if available) will result in a $10 fee. Please see our school policies for more information.
Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site are not guaranteed admittance.
If you would like to pay by check, a credit card number is still required in order to reserve a seat; please call 800-532-1515 option 1. A $5 handling fee will be assessed for classes paid for by check.
